Coconut Grove Montessori School is affiliated with the American Montessori Society (AMS). AMS is the educational membership organization of Montessori Schools in the United States and the largest Montessori organization in the world. AMS advocates quality Montessori education, provides leadership, and empowers schools with supporting services. As a full member affiliate of this organization, our school promotes the advancement of the principles and practices that encourage better outcomes for children by ensuring that our staff and program meet the professional requirements necessary to be a part of the AMS.
